About the Role

• Beyond Credit Limited is looking for a Loan Verification Officer to join our growing team.


• You will be responsible for verifying loan applications, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the integrity of our loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents.


• Conduct field visits to confirm borrower information and collateral.


• Ensure compliance with lending policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.


• Identify risks or irregularities in loan processes and recommend solutions. Collaborate with Loan Officers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on verification activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.


• 1 - 2 years’ experience in loan verification, internal control, or risk management (microfinance/financial institution preferred).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• High integrity and ability to work independently.
