We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures that ensure all aspects of Selligate’s operations—delivery agents, merchants, and internal staff—adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce compliance policies and procedures in line with company standards.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across all departments and partner networks.
Identify potential risks and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Provide training and guidance to staff and partners on compliance-related matters.
Investigate reported violations and ensure prompt and fair resolution.
Prepare detailed reports for management on compliance performance and risk indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (required).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in risk management, audit, or compliance.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, or Compliance Certification) is an added advantage.
