Job Summary




  • We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant (MBA Programme) to support teaching, learning, and academic operations within the Business Administration department.

  • The role involves providing academic and operational support to ensure smooth teaching, learning, and assessment processes across the department.



Responsibilities




  • Support semester planning with the Operations and Academic teams.

  • Manage live lessons, office hours, and course projects.

  • Develop, review, and validate assessment questions.

  • Provide grading and academic support to ensure quality learning outcomes.

  • Coordinate academic activities and support postgraduate students.



Requirements




  • B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

  • Relevant academic, administrative, or teaching experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment

  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to academic quality
