We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant (MBA Programme) to support teaching, learning, and academic operations within the Business Administration department.
The role involves providing academic and operational support to ensure smooth teaching, learning, and assessment processes across the department.
Responsibilities
Support semester planning with the Operations and Academic teams.
Manage live lessons, office hours, and course projects.
Develop, review, and validate assessment questions.
Provide grading and academic support to ensure quality learning outcomes.
Coordinate academic activities and support postgraduate students.
Requirements
B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Relevant academic, administrative, or teaching experience preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment
Keen attention to detail and commitment to academic quality
