Initiate sales calls to assigned customers (walk-in, telesales route, and occasionally credit route dealers) to announce new arrivals and offers.
Conduct customer care calls to farmers, walk-in customers, and on-route dealers to check satisfaction levels (service complaints, quality concerns, feedback post-marketing events).
Attend to inbound calls, answer customer queries, and direct them to the right stakeholders.
Handle e-bulk SMS to salesmen, dealers, and farmers for communication of offers and updates.
Conduct cross-check calls upon request to validate stock levels and credit balances.
Investigate, conclude, and resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department (sales, supervisors, agro-marketing, inspectors, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound calls.
Prepare and send email reports for in/outbound call escalations to relevant stakeholders (Inspectors, Technical Department, Supply Chain Department, Tele-Sales Manager, etc.)
Generate and summarize daily activity reports including feedback and call statistics.
Ideal candidate
NYSC or Fresh graduate from Agro science college / university.
Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo speaker
