Job Description

• Leads BD events (networking, user conferences, stakeholder engagements).


• Aligns with Chief manager for regional growth strategy.


• Manages BD operations


• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, institutions, and partners.


• Supports market expansion within Ghana and West Africa.


• Represents Sambus at official functions, leveraging networks.


• Ensures event follow-ups and opportunity conversion.


• Follows up on leads from campaigns/events.


• Coordinates CSR programs across West Africa and reports outcomes.


• Implement CSR programs and educational outreach.


• Engage clients and partners through events and brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geo Sciences


• Master’s in business related field is an added advantage


• 3 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable


• Knowledge of business processes
