- Strategic Partnership: Support the CEO in planning, decision-making, and execution of high-level initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee and track strategic projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Personal Affairs Management: Provide trusted support in managing the CEO’s home.
- Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and keep the CEO’s world running smoothly.
Experience And Qualifications
- A strategic thinker and doer; equally comfortable in the boardroom and behind the scenes.
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- A clear and confident communicator
- 10+ years experience in executive support, operations, consulting, or project management roles.
- Discreet and emotionally intelligent; able to navigate sensitive situations with grace.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in productivity tools, calendars, CRMs, and digital workspaces.
- Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving no matter what.
- Extreme attention to detail and organization.
