Job Summary
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Marketer to promote our bespoke furniture services, generate new leads, and build strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in face-to-face sales, and experience within interiors, joinery, or home improvement sectors (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Promote bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, and interior joinery services to potential clients.
- Conduct field visits to residential properties, construction sites, developers, showrooms, and businesses.
- Generate and follow up on new leads through cold calls, on-site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Arrange and attend client meetings to discuss design needs, budgets, and project requirements.
- Provide information on company products, materials, finishes, and customisation options.
- Collaborate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare reports on sales activity, leads, and performance updates.
- Represent the company at trade events, property shows, and exhibitions when required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales or field marketing (experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or design industry preferred).
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face and presenting services professionally.
- Good understanding of bespoke furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out (or willingness to learn).
- Comfortable working independently and managing own schedule.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
