- The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations, sales performance, customer service, and profitability of the assigned branch.
- The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented leader responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong customer relationships in line with SIMS Nigeria’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective team leadership and execution of sales strategies.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including stock management, cash control, customer service, and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the branch team to deliver outstanding performance and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve branch performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales, stock, and financial transactions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, promptly resolve escalations, and uphold SIMS’ brand image within the market.
- Enforce operational discipline, loss prevention, and adherence to audit and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams on marketing, logistics, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in sales or branch management, preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
- Stronganalyticaland operational management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
