  • The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations, sales performance, customer service, and profitability of the assigned branch.

  • The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented leader responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong customer relationships in line with SIMS Nigeria’s business objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive branch sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective team leadership and execution of sales strategies.

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including stock management, cash control, customer service, and compliance with company policies.

  • Supervise, motivate, and develop the branch team to deliver outstanding performance and maintain high service standards.

  • Monitor sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve branch performance.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales, stock, and financial transactions.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships, promptly resolve escalations, and uphold SIMS’ brand image within the market.

  • Enforce operational discipline, loss prevention, and adherence to audit and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with regional and head office teams on marketing, logistics, and performance improvement initiatives



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales or branch management, preferably in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.

  • Stronganalyticaland operational management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
