Description
We are looking for a profile capable of testing digital services, with the main responsibilities being:
- Test Case Execution: Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for VAS services on web browsers and mobile apps.
- Defect Identification & Reporting: Find, document, and track defects for VAS services, ensuring defects are resolved timely manner by the dev team via the tech Project Manager.
- Routine Usability Testing: Carry out and document routine tests on VAS services, observing the service’s performance, stability, and overall user experience on various mobile devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Tech PMs, account & product managers on Digital Virgo’s side and with telcos, partners.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test plans, test cases, and test results in different test-book formats as required.
- Regression Testing: Ensure that new code changes or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionalities on VAS services.
