Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food production of:
  
  
  
  • Coconut Snacks and Dried Snacks
  
  
  • Coconut Milk
  
  
  • Fresh Dairy Milk
  
  
  • Fresh Milk Yogurt
  
  
  • Coconut Oils
  
  
  
  


• Monitor each production batch for cleanliness, consistency, and safety.


• Document quality control checks and maintain accurate production logs.


• Operate, clean, and maintain factory equipment to ensure smooth operations.


• Enforce hygiene standards and proper handling practices across all stages of production.


• Report issues promptly and maintain high production and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum one  year of relevant experience


• Diligent, trustworthy, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP platforms.


• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow within the role.


• Ability to commute easily to the factory location.


• Strong sense of cleanliness and pride in maintaining consistent standards.


• Experience in dairy or yogurt production (preferred).


• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols; HACCP certification is a plus.


• Previous experience with food processing machines or tools (preferred).
