Job Description:




  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing & IT Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s online presence, lead generation efforts, and supporting internal technology infrastructure.

  • This role requires a blend of creative marketing skills and technical IT knowhow to drive property sales, maintain systems, and ensure seamless digital operations.



Key Responsibilities:



Digital Marketing (60%)




  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote property listings, open houses, and brand awareness.

  • Manage the company websites, update property listings on the website, and ensure SEO best practices to generate quality leads for all Markets

  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Oversee social media content planning, posting, and engagement to grow audience and lead conversion, in collaboration with the content team.

  • Create and distribute email campaigns/newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

  • Post regularly on the Instagram Community

  • Monitor performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions) using Google Analytics and prepare regular reports.

  • Collaborate with sales agents to support marketing needs for individual listings and agent branding.

  • Website Management and content creation

  • Generate SEO content to ensure high traffic to the website.

  • Recommendation and support of digital advertising initiatives ex. Owned social media campaigns.



IT Support & Systems (40%)




  • Provide day-to-day technical support and information for office staff (hardware, software, networks), and assist in resolving issues

  • Monitor and ensure the smooth running of networks/email/website and ensuring that users get maximum benefits from them, Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to property listing feeds

  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software fault

  • Recommend and support the roll-out of new applications for the smooth running of the business.

  • Manage and properly store digital access codes for safe retrieval, and resolve password issues.

  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure agent adoption and data accuracy.

  • Assist in onboarding process by setting up new employees with email, devices, and relevant access permissions.

  • Manage company email system, data backup protocols, and cybersecurity practices.

  • Organize and execute regular training for the team on IT/Cybersecurity related issues

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for software, hosting, and IT support as needed.

  • Offer back-end support for company domain and hosting services

  • Handle purchase, monitor, and renewal of domains and hosting

  • Conduct routine server storage checks



LinkedIn page




  • Own the execution of our LI strategy

  • Ensure best practice and deploy relevant content to ensure the LI page presents a good image of the company

  • Work with the content team to produce content (video/written) for company platforms

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management, in relation to LinkedIn page.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 4+ years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing and IT specialist, or similar role.

  • Certified in digital marketing skills, proficient with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).

  • Knowledge and experience in the deployment SEO/SEM best practices

  • Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace), CRM systems, and email marketing tools.

  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals: networking, user support, hardware/software troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Graphic design, and website design knowledge and experience knowledge.



Desired Skills




  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.

  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs and listing systems.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
