Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Ibadan.


• The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.


• Daily tasks include managing client communications, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to client retention strategies.


• The role will also involve identifying opportunities for client engagement and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.
