Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.)
Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (preferably within the real estate or investment sector).
Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial restructuring is an asset.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, capital markets, and real estate financing.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support real estate project financing, feasibility analysis, and profitability assessments.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial management.
Manage capital structure, funding, and investment strategies to support the firm’s growth.
Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board to aid decision-making.
Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, risk management, and compliance functions.
Ensure proper financial controls, systems, and governance frameworks are in place.
Liaise with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
