REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.)


• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA required.


• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (preferably within the real estate or investment sector).


• Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial restructuring is an asset.


• Strong understanding of financial modeling, capital markets, and real estate financing.


• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support real estate project financing, feasibility analysis, and profitability assessments.


• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.


• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.


• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial management.


• Manage capital structure, funding, and investment strategies to support the firm’s growth.


• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board to aid decision-making.


• Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, risk management, and compliance functions.


• Ensure proper financial controls, systems, and governance frameworks are in place.


• Liaise with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
