Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 8–10 years of senior management experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
In-depth understanding of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to build systems, lead teams, and execute large-scale initiatives.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Represent the company in strategic partnerships, negotiations, and high-level stakeholder engagements
Provide strategic leadership and direction for daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
Oversee business functions including property development, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth coordination and high performance.
Develop and implement efficient operational processes, systems, and policies to support growth and profitability.
Drive business expansion strategies, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning.
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets.
Collaborate with the CEO and Board to set strategic priorities, manage risks, and ensure sustainable business growth.
