Job Overview:
The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth for the company. He/ She will be expected to effectively utilize data and adhere to company policies to optimize sales performance. The role will also involve continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products, services, and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create memorable shopping experiences for customers through effective engagement and exceptional customer service aimed at driving sales, achieving customer satisfaction, and improvingcustomer retention.
- Promote brand and product awareness/loyalty by gaining and utilizing a comprehensive understanding of brand knowledge and technical knowledge of the products.
- Execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and activities in-store to drive sales and promote customerloyalty.
- Maintain product placement and visualmerchandising standards in line with set guidelines.
- Drives sales to achieve set financial and performance targets.
- Data gathering: Gather accurate market data; customer information, feedback, trends, demographics, and sales data to drive market analysisand inform business decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracyacross product categoriastomaximize sale opportunities and prevent shrinkage.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Candidate Specification:
- 2+ years of experience in retail marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing in-store marketing strategies.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in visual merchandising, store displays, and promotional campaigns.
