We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating menus, maintaining food quality, and ensuring a clean and safe cooking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the kitchen team
Plan and create menus, including daily specials
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Train and supervise kitchen staff
Control food costs and minimize waste
Work closely with management on menu pricing and kitchen budgets.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent cooking skills across a variety of cuisines
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
