We are looking for an experienced and organized HR/Admin Manager to manage both human resources and administrative functions of the company.
This role combines responsibilities across recruitment, employee management, office operations, and compliance to support smooth day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
Handle payroll, benefits, and attendance systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Address employee relations, grievances, and performance issues
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Oversee daily office administration and facility management
Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers
Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and staff events
Support overall organizational efficiency and employee engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a combined HR and administrative role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office operations
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
