  • We are looking for an experienced and organized HR/Admin Manager to manage both human resources and administrative functions of the company.

  • This role combines responsibilities across recruitment, employee management, office operations, and compliance to support smooth day-to-day business operations.



Responsibilities




  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation

  • Handle payroll, benefits, and attendance systems

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Address employee relations, grievances, and performance issues

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Oversee daily office administration and facility management

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers

  • Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and staff events

  • Support overall organizational efficiency and employee engagement



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a combined HR and administrative role

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office operations

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems

  • High level of integrity and professionalism
