Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers.


• Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on installed solar systems.


• Diagnose and resolve technical faults related to system performance, wiring, or equipment.


• Perform site evaluations and load assessments to determine system requirements.


• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and relevant electrical codes.


• Keep accurate records of system installations, inspections, and repairs.


• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.


• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.


• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety gear in good working condition.

Requirements

• OND / HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.


• 3 – 5 years of proven experience in solar system installation and maintenance.


• Strong understanding of electrical systems and solar energy principles.


• Experience with hybrid and off-grid solar systems is an added advantage.


• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and installation manuals.


• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.


• Good communication and problem-solving skills.


• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
