The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and deposit growth through proactive engagement and account mobilization activities.

Key Responsibilities
Actively identify and onboard new customers by opening accounts with a minimum deposit of ₦5,000.
Promote savings culture and mobilize deposits from both new and existing customers.
Conduct field marketing, community outreach, and customer activation within assigned locations.
Provide accurate information on financial products and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate daily records of accounts opened and deposits mobilized, submitting timely performance updates.
Uphold the institution’s image and service standards in all customer and community interactions.
Key Requirements
Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, or NCE.
Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
