Job Summary




  • The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and deposit growth through proactive engagement and account mobilization activities.

  • The role demands energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented individuals with a strong passion for sales, financial inclusion, and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities




  • Actively identify and onboard new customers by opening accounts with a minimum deposit of ₦5,000.

  • Promote savings culture and mobilize deposits from both new and existing customers.

  • Conduct field marketing, community outreach, and customer activation within assigned locations.

  • Provide accurate information on financial products and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

  • Maintain accurate daily records of accounts opened and deposits mobilized, submitting timely performance updates.

  • Uphold the institution’s image and service standards in all customer and community interactions.



Key Requirements




  • Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, or NCE.

  • Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused personality.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
