Job Overview




  • We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to our fitness and dance community.



Key Responsibilities




  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Register new clients and manage class or gym bookings.

  • Maintain front desk security and organization (sign-in books, ID checks, etc.).

  • Provide accurate information about services, schedules, and fees.

  • Handle payments and issue receipts as needed.

  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.

  • Support the administrative needs of instructors and management.

  • Monitor attendance and assist with client check-ins.



Requirements




  • Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional training or administrative qualifications is a plus.

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).

  • Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
