The Beta Sales Team is an accelerated pathway for ambitious, entry-level professionals to learn, sell, and grow in the world of real estate. You’ll get hands-on training, mentoring, and the opportunity to earn based on performance while helping clients find their dream homes.
Team: Real Estate Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate quality leads daily.
- Engage potential customers in the field and at events.
- Represent the company professionally and communicate its value proposition.
- Submit weekly reports on leads generated and sales outcomes.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc (any discipline)
- 0–3 years in sales, marketing, or field promotions
