Key Responsibilities




  • Assign and reassign orders to 3PLs, riders, and drivers based on capacity, proximity, and resources.

  • Collaborate with fellow Dispatchers to plan and batch deliveries efficiently.

  • Monitor rider and driver positioning to minimize idle time.

  • Handle riders’ and drivers’ inquiries or complaints quickly and professionally.

  • Liaise with Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve delivery-related issues.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

  • Provide actionable feedback to improve delivery efficiency and service quality.



Requirements




  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proven leadership ability and a collaborative mindset.

  • Solid understanding of fleet management and logistics operations.
