Role Overview:



The Sales Rep is responsible for recruiting new vendors to JulineMart and supporting them to successfully set up and manage their online stores. Acting as the link between JulineMart and vendors, Sales Reps ensure smooth onboarding, quality product listings, and continuous vendor success.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and recruit vendors across different product categories.

  • Guide vendors through registration and store setup on JulineMart.

  • Assist vendors with initial product uploads, images, and category mapping.

  • Ensure product photos meet JulineMart’s quality standards (clear, white background).

  • Educate vendors on JulineMart policies (hub drop-off, returns, COD, payouts).

  • Support vendors with promotions, coupons, and participation in marketplace campaigns.

  • Serve as the first contact for vendor enquiries and escalate issues to JulineMart Customer Care.

  • Track vendor performance and help them increase sales.



Skills & Qualities:




  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and WooCommerce dashboards.

  • Attention to detail (product details, images, categories).

  • Reliable, customer-oriented, and good at problem solving.

  • Able to work with targets (e.g., vendor sign-ups per month).
