Job Description







  • The company is seeking to hire an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join its growing technology team. S/he will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the products by developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests across web, mobile, and API layers.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure that their solutions meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and security.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Test mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications for functionality, performance, usability, and security.

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, pytest, and Cucumber frameworks.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, exploratory, and performance testing.

  • Conduct API testing using Postman, Newman, or pytest.

  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks following the Page Object Model (POM).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate features and provide actionable feedback.

  • Document and track defects in Jira or similar tools.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

  • Execute database testing and validate data integrity using SQL and MongoDB Compass.

  • Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter or Blazemeter.

  • Ensure compliance with fintech standards such as KYC, AML, and PCI DSS.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and pytest.

  • Hands-on experience testing mobile apps, web applications, and APIs.

  • Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub).

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Prior experience in fintech is required.
