Job Summary

• The Retail Distribution Officer will handle product logistics, supervise truck loading operations, and ensure accurate reconciliation of petroleum products.


• The role involves monitoring product movement, maintaining stock records, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise product loading, dispatch, and delivery.


• Reconcile product quantities and prepare stock reports.


• Track loaded trucks from depot to delivery point.


• Work with the Accounts team on waybill and invoice reconciliation.


• Liaise with regulatory bodies (DPR, PEF) during loading operations.


• Ensure product quality, safety, and proper documentation.

Requirements

• OND in Science, Engineering, or related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in depot or logistics operations.


• Good computer skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety procedures.
