Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement brand strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance brand recognition in the market.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- New Partnership & B2B Business Development: Pursue and nurture new leads for the company. Cultivate new partnerships
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content, including promotional materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Public Relations: Oversee public relations efforts, including media outreach and event planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the retail and finance sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
