Job Description




  • The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns that promote Stridewaves Limited’s services and strengthen its position in the market.

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, digital marketing, and design skills, with the ability to translate the company’s sustainability values into compelling visual and written content.



Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development:




  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

  • Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns aligned with the company’s business goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.

  • Support the creation and execution of marketing calendars and campaign timelines.



Content Creation & Brand Communication:




  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, website, and marketing materials.

  • Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations using tools like Canva or CapCut.

  • Collaborate with the business development and project teams to produce case studies, project highlights, and success stories.

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.



Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:




  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence across all social media platforms.

  • Develop and execute targeted digital ad campaigns to generate leads and promote services.

  • Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and prepare monthly marketing reports.



Client Engagement & Event Coordination:




  • Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.

  • Represent the company at marketing and sustainability events to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, media partners, and external stakeholders.



Internal Collaboration & Reporting:




  • Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Provide regular updates on marketing performance and new opportunities.

  • Contribute creative ideas for improving brand identity and communications.



Requirements 




  • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, branding, or digital communication roles.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management, and social media platforms.

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, InShot, CapCut) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with sustainability, environmental, or waste management industries is an added advantage.
