We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, particularly in PET preforms and HDPE/PE caps.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and expanding market presence within the FMCG, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of PET preforms, HDPE, LDPE, and PE caps across targeted markets.
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients in the FMCG, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions that meet their needs.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while preparing accurate performance and sales reports.
Preferred Background
Proven sales experience in a plastic manufacturing or packaging organization.
Hands-on experience dealing with PET preforms, HDPE/LDPE, or PE caps.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
