About the job




  • We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer to build world-class APIs and tools that power insurance transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for building innovative products, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Design and implement full-stack solutions and required product features with well-structured, testable code.

  • Deploy developed features to production with minimal downtime or side effects.

  • Build new integrations between the platform and third-party enterprise applications.

  • Lead and mentor less-experienced members of the engineering team.

  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and production-readiness assessments.

  • Debug production issues across products.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, customer success, and sales teams.

  • Apply strong design and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

  • Build and ship production-ready applications, ideally written in Laravel and Vue.

  • Maintain strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and OOP principles.

  • Demonstrate self-management, clear communication, and effective teamwork.

  • Show eagerness to learn new skills and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.



Requirements




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer.

  • Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.

  • Experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

  • Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design and OOP principles.

  • Familiarity with MySQL and MS SQL databases.

  • Experience with React Native, Electron, and Node.js (nice to have).

  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes (nice to have).

  • High level of self-motivation, innovation, and drive for self-development.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
