Role Summary




  • The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships within the computer hardware, software, and IT solutions industry.

  • The role involves promoting the company’s products and services, understanding client needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet business objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the computer and IT solutions market.

  • Understanding B2B, B2C and B2G

  • Understating process of bidding and contract management

  • Promote and sell the company’s range of products (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and software solutions).

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, institutions, and resellers.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Work closely with the technical team to provide tailored solutions to client requirements.

  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT/computer industry.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
