  • To develop, manage channel and customer strategies for the category and direct implementation of channel plans for Modern Trade channel



Vacancy Description

Category Channel Strategies:




  • To develop channel strategies and support sales team in developing customer strategies.



Trade Activities:




  • To develop trade activities and follow up related budget, measure performance of trade promotions.



Alignment with Generating Demand:




  • To ensure alignment and integration within Generating Demand by planning, implementing and following up ICP process in coordination with sales, businesses and supply chain.



Market Report:




  • To interpret market researches reports and take necessary action.



Best Practise Shopper Identification:




  • Identify Best Practise Shopper Insight/actionable idea



Corporate Compliance:




  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.



Requirements




  • First degree in any discipline

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales management

  • Persuasive Communication

  • Customer Orientation

  • Business Acumen

  • Result Orientation.
