We are seeking an experienced a Subsea Yards Fabrication Yard Manager M/W to oversee the daily operations of our yards Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall fabrication of deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery, and optimizing commercial efficiencies. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in fabrication, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in the Oil & Gas industry.

The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities:

• manage daily operations of PNL fabrication yards to ensure timely completion of deliverables;


• develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize efficiency;


• supervise yard crews, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery;


• oversee production planning, scheduling, and reporting;


• monitor and evaluate fabrication equipment performance; schedule preventive maintenance and replacements to ensure uninterrupted production;


• review work drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with industry standards before production.
