Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing furniture company in Victoria Island, Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of high-quality furniture products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets.
- The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell furniture products to walk-in customers and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an organized showroom display and ensure all products are properly tagged and presented.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
- Stay updated on furniture trends, product features, and competitors’ offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a keen eye for design and product appeal.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Must be willing to work weekends and extended hours.
Salary
N180,000 / Month.
