Job Summary




  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing furniture company in Victoria Island, Lagos.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of high-quality furniture products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets.

  • The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities




  • Promote and sell furniture products to walk-in customers and corporate clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain an organized showroom display and ensure all products are properly tagged and presented.

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.

  • Stay updated on furniture trends, product features, and competitors’ offerings.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Customer-oriented attitude with a keen eye for design and product appeal.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Must be willing to work weekends and extended hours.



Salary

N180,000 / Month.
