Job Summary




  • As a Brand Specialist at SeamlessHR, you will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening our brand presence across key markets. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging, executing impactful campaigns, and amplifying SeamlessHR’s thought leadership and positioning as Africa’s leading HR and payroll technology provider.



Job Details



Brand Positioning & Identity 




  • Translate brand strategy into regional campaigns and activations.

  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints. 



Campaign Execution




  • Plan, execute, and track integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.

  • Work with the creative team to deliver high-quality marketing assets (brochures, videos, landing pages, merchandise). 



Content & Storytelling




  • Create and adapt compelling stories that resonate with diverse African audiences.

  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and thought-leadership content from customer and partner engagements. 



Analytics & Reporting 




  • Track campaign effectiveness using relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, brand awareness, conversions). 

  • Share insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns. 



Collaboration




  • Partner with field marketing, product, and sales teams to align brand efforts with go-to-market strategies.

  • Support partner and industry engagements with branding and storytelling assets.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 3–5 years in brand management, communications, or related roles within B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environments.

  • Strong creative and project management skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is an advantage). 

  • Regional exposure in East or West Africa is a strong advantage.
