Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Follow food safety standards and kitchen protocols.
Innovate and test new pastry recipes based on seasonal menus or demand
Requirements:
SSCE/OND in any field (Catering or Food Tech is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a pastry or bakery role.
Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and kitchen hygiene.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work early shifts, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment.
