JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Routine treatments: Perform scaling and polishing, place and replace fillings, and give local anesthetics. 


• Preventative care: Apply sealants and fluoride to help prevent tooth decay. 


• Restorative work: Place temporary fillings, re-cement crowns, and fit pre-formed crowns on primary (baby) teeth. 


• X-rays and diagnostics: Take dental X-rays and perform dental examinations to assess oral health. 


• Extraction: Extract deciduous (baby) teeth. 


• Patient education: Advise patients on oral hygiene, diet, and how to care for their teeth and gums. 


• Record keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and dental history.
