JOB DESCRIPTION:
Guest and visitor services:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer questions and provide information about the company, its services, or location.
- Address and resolve visitor complaints or concerns.
Administrative support:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
Operational and organizational duties:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Ensure security procedures are followed, such as maintaining visitor logs.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide support as needed.
- Operate and have familiarity with office equipment like multi-line phones and printers.
