JOB DESCRIPTION:



Guest and visitor services:




  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. 

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel. 

  • Answer questions and provide information about the company, its services, or location. 

  • Address and resolve visitor complaints or concerns. 



Administrative support:




  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings. 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. 

  • Assist with clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and scanning documents. 

  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment. 



Operational and organizational duties:




  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. 

  • Ensure security procedures are followed, such as maintaining visitor logs. 

  • Coordinate with other departments to provide support as needed. 

  • Operate and have familiarity with office equipment like multi-line phones and printers. 



KEY SKILLS:
