Job Summary
- As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients, management of key accounts, and development of strategic partnerships.
- You will identify sales opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, and close new business opportunities across assigned regions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized customer solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in elevator, real estate, construction, or equipment sales
- Proven track record in business development and deal closure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently across regions.
Salary
NGN 200,000 – 400,000 Monthly Gross + Commission
