Mission / Purpose of the Job




  • This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing and mentoring the sales team, and establishing strong client relationships.

  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with proven experience in technology or cybersecurity sales, capable of delivering consistent business results while positioning Company’s as a trusted market leader.



Job Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.

  • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and forecasting accuracy to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Generate leads and new business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, and market research.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and promotional offers with prospective clients.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to position company’s products effectively and enhance brand presence.

  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and pipeline growth.

  • Provide regular sales reports, market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to management.

  • Monitor industry and cybersecurity market developments to identify new opportunities and ensure competitiveness.



Job Specifications

Minimum & Preferred Requirements:




  • Education / Business Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA Degree preferred).



Work Experience:




  • 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role within technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B/enterprise environment.
