Mission / Purpose of the Job
- This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing and mentoring the sales team, and establishing strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with proven experience in technology or cybersecurity sales, capable of delivering consistent business results while positioning Company’s as a trusted market leader.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and forecasting accuracy to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, key decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and promotional offers with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to position company’s products effectively and enhance brand presence.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and pipeline growth.
- Provide regular sales reports, market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to management.
- Monitor industry and cybersecurity market developments to identify new opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
Job Specifications
Minimum & Preferred Requirements:
- Education / Business Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA Degree preferred).
Work Experience:
- 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role within technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B/enterprise environment.
