Job Description
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Own and manage the product lifecycle end-to-end — from concept, validation, and MVP definition to launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to shape technical direction, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in product design.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical dependencies.
- Translate complex customer, partner, and market needs into structured product requirements and actionable development plans.
- Foster a culture of iteration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Lead product discovery efforts — including user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking — to inform strategy and feature development.
- Serve as the primary bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
- Establish and track key product performance metrics (KPIs and OKRs) to evaluate success, drive accountability, and guide future decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and commercial teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions.
Requirements
Qualification and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Degree Systems, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10–14 years of progressive experience in product management within a technology-driven or SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity, fintech, or cloud-based platforms
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex, multi stakeholder products from concept to market on a scale.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of APIs, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with the ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical capabilities to commercial value.
- Experience working in or managing enterprise-grade B2B products in the cybersecurity or managed services space.
Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership in scaling product teams or transforming product processes.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience leveraging metrics to guide product strategies.
- Skilled in conducting customer discovery, translating insights into actionable product decisions, and balancing innovation with operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executive-level decisions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, product road mapping tools, and modern product management practices.
