Our client, Ali Eko, a B2B E-Commerce Platform for Wholesale Distribution, is seeking charismatic and motivated candidates to represent the brand and connect with customers in the capacity.



About the Role




  • We are seeking charismatic and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to represent the ALI brand and connect with customers.

  • Your primary goal will be to generate sales and build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing the right product solutions from our offerings.



Key Responsibilities




  • Engage potential customers through direct interactions and introduce them to Ali Eko’s platform and products.

  • Guide customers confidently through the order placement, processing, and confirmation stages.

  • Meet the daily sales target of 35 Ali Eko products.

  • Develop a solid understanding of Ali Eko’s products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.

  • Collect and share customer feedback with the marketing and product development teams to support business improvements.

  • Provide regular progress reports and highlight challenges to the Direct Sales Manager.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Minimum of OND in any related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and persuasive ability.

  • Must own a smart, internet-enabled phone.



Salary

N164,870 Monthly (inclusive of N30,000 commission)
