About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and skilled Electrical Engineer (Level 2) to join our dynamic engineering team.
- The successful candidate will assist in designing electrical installations, prepare workshop and as-built drawings, and provide on-site technical support.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing electrical installations in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Prepare workshop drawings for ongoing projects.
- Prepare as-built drawings for completed projects.
- Develop distribution board schedules and perform load calculations.
- Carry out preliminary quantification of required materials.
- Assist in the preparation of operation and maintenance manuals for completed projects.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support as required.
- Ensure all electrical works meet approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the project engineer or supervisor.
Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Responsibilities:
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and policies.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety signage.
- Report hazards, defects, incidents, and near misses immediately.
- Participate in safety briefings and emergency drills.
- Promote environmental awareness, waste reduction, and energy efficiency on site.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in electrical design or construction projects.
- Experience with workshop drawing preparation and site coordination is an advantage.
- Skills & Abilities
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and develop electrical drawings accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge & Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Understanding of basic electrical design principles and systems.
