About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Electrical Engineer (Level 3) to join our engineering team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing complex electrical installations, preparing detailed workshop and as-built drawings, and providing technical guidance to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical installations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Apply advanced knowledge in lighting and power system design.
- Analyze complex electrical engineering problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Review and validate workshop and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical support and supervision during project execution.
- Ensure all works meet approved designs, project standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project planning and site meetings as required.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Project Engineer or Manager.
Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all company and statutory health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Promote a positive safety culture within project teams.
- Report identified hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately.
- Participate in emergency response and safety drills as required.
- Encourage sustainable practices such as waste reduction and energy efficiency.
Skills & Abilities:

- Proficiency in interpreting and preparing detailed electrical drawings.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge & Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and electrical design software (e.g., Dialux, Ecodial).
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering design and systems.
- Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and best practices in electrical engineering.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in electrical design and project execution.
- Proven experience working on complex electrical installation projects.
- Professional certification or membership (e.g., COREN, NSE) is an advantage.
