About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Electrical Technician (Level 4) to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple electrical teams, managing small contract areas or specific project scopes, and ensuring all electrical installations are executed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- This role requires strong leadership, planning, and technical skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage small contract areas or defined project scopes independently.
- Supervise multiple teams of electricians on small to medium-sized projects.
- Oversee quality control, safety, and performance of electrical work on-site.
- Take full responsibility for testing, labeling, and verification of electrical systems.
- Conduct short-term planning for labor, materials, and procurement needs.
- Coordinate project documentation and reporting in line with company requirements.
- Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the project manager or site engineer.
Health, Safety & Environmental (OHSE) Responsibilities:
- Drive adherence to company health, safety, and environmental standards across all teams.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report workplace hazards, incidents, and non-compliance immediately.
- Participate in incident investigations and promote continuous safety improvement.
- Foster environmental awareness through energy efficiency and waste reduction practices.
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Technical Certificate, Trade Test, or OND in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision.
- Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized projects.
- Knowledge of site documentation, testing, and resource planning.

- In-depth knowledge of tools, materials, and electrical installation methods.
- Familiarity with project management principles and documentation.
- Sound understanding of quality assurance and HSE compliance procedures.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, testing, and commissioning standards.
