Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Own the go-to-market plan and campaign calendar across channels (paid, owned, earned, and offline).
- Define ICPs, buyer journeys, value propositions, and messaging for B2C/B2B segments.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan and manage performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display), SEO/SEM, and paid social.
- Lead content and social strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok), including copy, creatives, and community engagement.
- Run email and lifecycle automation (onboarding, nurture, win-back) with A/B testing and deliverability best practice.
- Manage web UX/CRO: landing pages, forms, pixels, tags, and conversion events.
Sales & Business Development
- Build and qualify pipelines via inbound/outbound tactics; run demos and discovery calls.
- Nurture partnerships and affiliates; coordinate events, pop-ups, print collateral, and promotional activations.
- Work closely with Product to translate customer feedback into features and offers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own marketing and sales dashboards (GA4, Ads Managers, CRM reports)
- Forecast pipeline and produce weekly/monthly performance reports with clear recommendations.
Brand, Compliance & Ops
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Ensure marketing and sales activity aligns with data-protection and financial-services guidelines in relevant markets.
Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or growth + hands-on sales or business development.
- Proven success running multi-channel campaigns and hitting revenue/lead targets.
- Tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email automation (e.g., Mailchimp/HubSpot), CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), basic design (Canva/Figma) a plus.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; confident with numbers and experimentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management; able to operate independently and meet deadlines.
- Fintech or payments experience is an advantage.
