Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and staff.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee growth.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related support.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decision-making.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (professional certification is an advantage, e.g., CIPM, SHRM).

  • 2 - 4 years proven experience in an HR officer or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
