Job Summary
- As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage all departments including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel, restaurant, and lifestyle operations to achieve excellence in service delivery
- Supervise and train staff to maintain world-class hospitality standards
- Oversee food & beverage services, inventory, and cost control
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and ensure overall profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Experience managing food & beverage operations and guest experience programs.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
