  • We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR/Legal Intern (NYSC) to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate is a Law graduate currently undergoing NYSC, with a strong interest in Human Resources and Corporate/Employment Law.

  • This position offers hands-on experience in both HR and legal functions within a dynamic organizational setting.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding and orientation processes.

  • Support the HR team in implementing policies, procedures, and performance management systems.

  • Participate in organizing staff training, team-building activities, and welfare initiative.

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and correspondences.

  • Conduct legal research on labor and employment laws, company regulations, and compliance issues.

  • Help ensure organizational compliance with statutory and labor requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation of legal files, agreements, and confidential HR materials.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.

  • Must have completed Law School and be currently serving NYSC Corper(last batch).

  • Resides in Abuja, preferably around Utako or nearby areas.

  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and employee relations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and research abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • High sense of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.



Salary

N80,000 / month.
