Role Description




  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Kano.

  • The Office Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including handling phone calls, managing office supplies, operating office equipment, and providing clerical support to various departments.

  • The Office Assistant will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, and will ensure effective communication within the office.



Qualifications




  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills

  • Proficiency in operating Office Equipment

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus

  • National diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
