This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Kano.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including handling phone calls, managing office supplies, operating office equipment, and providing clerical support to various departments.
The Office Assistant will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, and will ensure effective communication within the office.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Proficiency in operating Office Equipment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
National diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
