- The Visual Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging, brand-consistent, and user-centered designs across multiple platforms , including digital, social media, web, print, and motion. This role requires a balance of creative innovation and technical precision, ensuring that every visual output enhances the brand’s storytelling and communicates messages effectively.
- The ideal candidate combines creativity, strategic thinking, and design excellence, with the ability to transform abstract concepts and marketing objectives into striking visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Design & Identity
- Develop and maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visual assets.
- Create and refine design elements such as logos, icons, typography, color palettes, and graphic styles.
- Ensure brand guidelines are properly implemented across all platforms and materials.
- Contribute to the evolution and modernization of the brand’s visual identity.
Digital & Print Design
- Design visually compelling layouts for social media, websites, email newsletters, digital campaigns, and motion graphics.
- Produce high-quality marketing and promotional materials such as flyers, posters, pitch decks, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaign visuals.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and screen sizes while maintaining quality and clarity.
Motion & Multimedia Design
- Develop simple animations, transitions, and motion graphics for videos, social media, and advertisements.
- Support video editors and the production team with lower-thirds, graphic overlays, and visual effects.
- Maintain visual consistency across still and motion assets.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with the Art Director, Creative Director, and Content team to ensure visual cohesion across campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to deliver visually compelling assets on tight deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas to campaigns and content projects.
- Ensure all design outputs meet brand, creative, and strategic goals.
Quality Control & File Management
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries for internal use.
- Ensure all visual materials meet technical specifications for print, web, and motion.
- Review designs for errors before publishing or printing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in visual design, preferably within a media, digital, or creative agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and familiarity with Figma or Canva.
- Solid understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics is an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility and attention to detail.
